The head of the machine is the transmission device of the conveyor, including the head frame, motor, hydraulic coupling, reducer, main shaft, and sprocket components. The function of the motor is to drive the scraper to run in the chute and transport coal through the coupling, reducer, head shaft, and guide sprocket.

The trough is the main body of the conveyor and the supporting and guiding part of the load and scraper chain. It is made by welding and pressing steel plates, divided into middle groove, adjustment groove, and connecting groove. The scraper chain consists of a chain link and a scraper.
The tail of the scraper is composed of a tail frame, tail shaft, fastening chain device, guide sprocket or tail drum; The guide sprocket is used to change the direction of the scraper chain; And use a fastening chain device to adjust the fastening of the scraper chain.
Auxiliary equipment includes chain fasteners, slide hydraulic jacks, and anti slip devices.
II。 Working principle of scraper conveyor
The slotted body is used as a supporting part for coal, coal gangue or materials, and the scraper is fixed on the chain (forming a scraper chain) as a traction component. When the head drive component is activated, the sprocket on the head shaft is driven to rotate, causing the scraper chain to circulate and move the material along the groove until it is unloaded on the head. The scraper chain scraper conveyor performs a stepless closed cycle around the sprocket to complete material transportation.
